Elite Performance+
This program offers the most comprehensive approach to improving performance in any elite sport, high-performance lifestyle, and optimal aging and vitality through metabolic testing. Metabolic testing is a series of tests that can be done to determine the body’s unique metabolism, efficiency in metabolizing macronutrients for energy and performance, your body’s best ability to burn calories so when you know exactly what is the most optimal macronutrient breakdown for your body, what is your genetically dominant muscle fibers, so we know exactly what exercises are best for you.
The Elite Performance+ Program provides personalized workouts and nutritional guidance, recovery strategies, strength and conditioning programs, and supplemental protocol tailored specifically to your metabolic and performance needs with aid of AI technology.
Our team of practitioners will assess your individual needs and create a program tailored to you. Mobility, strength, cardiovascular, and nutrition programming all come together to form an Elite Performance Training Program specifically designed for your goals. Metabolic testing is the most accurate and fastest way for you to successfully achieve an elite performance and optimal aging status.
You Will Receive The Following:

RMR and AMR testing at your home with our state-of-the-art metabolic analyzer.

A detailed report of your results with a customized plan for your specific sporting or lifestyle needs.

An application with AI technology to custom-build your nutrition program based on your goals and the results of your test.

A WHOOP lifestyle and activity tracker for the duration of the program that will allow for precision tracking for all of your custom programming needs.

InBody biometric body composition analysis every 30 days.

AMR and RMR reevaluations as needed every 60–90 days.

In addition, you will also receive the Mobility+ Strength and Endurance, Weight-loss+, Optimal Wellness, and Aging+ programs.
This program only focuses on gaining balance, core and muscular strength, flexibility, and muscular and cardiovascular endurance.
