Global Fitness Coaching, led by Certified Master Fitness Instructor and Integrative Nutritional Wellness Coach Sean Maynard, is an in-home, virtual, and online wellness company built around you. We analyze your body composition, metabolism, nutrition, and bloodwork to create a fully individualized plan designed to help you reach your optimal health goals.

Your program is updated every four to six weeks using science-based training and progress-tracking tools — keeping your workouts dynamic and your results moving forward. GFC gives you the education, motivation, and ongoing support to make health and fitness a sustainable part of your everyday life.
