Elevated Health and Fitness, led by Certified Master Fitness Instructor and Integrative Nutritional Wellness Coach Sean Maynard, provides in-person, in-home, and online coaching for youth athletes and adults who want better strength, performance, and long-term health.

We analyze your body composition, metabolism, nutrition, and bloodwork to create a fully individualized plan designed to help you perform at your best—now and over time.

Your program is updated every four to six weeks using science-based training and progress-tracking tools—keeping your workouts effective and your results moving forward. You’ll gain the education, structure, and support needed to make training and health a sustainable part of your life.
